Adding a new site
When you need to access more than one site that use WebLogon, you can add the site setting for each site you use. For each site, you set the registration URL and the login page URL. To identify a site, you can give it any name. The name will appear in the top page. Once you add the site to MxWeb, register your device with the site.
At any one time, one site must be set as default. MxWeb for iOS uses the default site to login and register / update. Trying to log in to a site different from the default site will result in an error.
- The same Login URL cannot be set to more than one site.
- On the other hand, the same registration URL can be set to multipe sites. There are cases where different login pages share the same WebLogon authentication server. Under these cases, the sites will have the same registration URL.
- When your device is already registered at one registration URL, any new site with the same registration URL will not require a device registration operation.
